Lately, I've been reflecting on how we consume art today.

Scrolling through Instagram, I find myself diving into hidden corners of the art world that I might never encounter otherwise—each swipe unveils artists, perspectives, and worlds beyond my reach.

It’s incredible how much I can experience from my screen, but then I wonder: am I missing out on something by not seeing it all in person?

Right now, I'm in Vienna, and when I look for art on-site here, it sometimes feels... underwhelming.

It’s like, I discover amazing works online, but by the time I finally visit the gallery or pop-up in my city, it’s already gone or the experience falls flat.

I can’t help but wonder—is it just me, or are galleries and exhibitions losing some magic in certain places?

Does the digital world create new, equally powerful connections with art, or is there something irreplaceable about standing face-to-face with a piece?
